How I Got There

To learn more about the users and figure out how the new web would better introduce the Kocaso brand image, we did research including user interview and diary study.
• Create an evidence-based product development strategy for the Kocaso mobile product.
• Understand the competitive design and opportunities to differentiate our brand from out primary competitors.
• Identify key features and workflow scenarios deemed most important to our user base within the context of mobile web productivity.
• Provide a clear road map of prioritized product features.

IDEATION

It's apparent to us that there are two key Kocaso Mobile profiles: new customers and our current customers. Based on the research finding, we found the two groups may overlap in terms of experience and attitude, and most will have similar needs, behaviors, attitudes, and constraints.

During brainstorming, we critiqued, revised or combined out ideas, and sketches refined. Then we classified them and decided our design direction: a web platform for users to learn our brand and products easily and efficiently through mobile devices.
